North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory crushes Hickory Christian Academy

Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hickory Christian Academy Knights (Hickory, NC), 63-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hickory upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Red Tornadoes travel to Freedom (Morganton, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Freedom lost 48-41 in their recent non-league bout against Patton (Morganton, NC)

Next up, the Knights play the Carolina Day Wildcats (Asheville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Hickory Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
