The Central Montcalm Hornets (Stanton, MI) basketball knocked off the host Carson City-Crystal Eagles (Carson City, MI), 50-37 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Hornets (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Reed City (Reed City, MI). The Coyotes go into the Central State - Gold test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Reed City went down by McBain (McBain, MI), 71-50, in a non-league test.
