Arkansas High School Basketball - England crushes Heber Springs
November 29, 2023: England, AR 72046 England Lions (England, AR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Heber Springs Panthers (Heber Springs, AR), 62-27 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, England upgrades its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Cutter-Morning Star (Hot Springs National Park, AR) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region 5 bout on Friday, December 1. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 6-0. Cutter-Morning Star won 55-41 in their recent league bout against Jacksonville Lighthouse (Jacksonville, AR)
Next up, the Panthers play the St. Joseph Bulldogs (Conway, AR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Heber Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
