Michigan High School Basketball - Sterling Heights knocked off by Utica Ford
November 29, 2023: Sterling Heights, MI 48313 The Utica Ford Falcons basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Sterling Heights Stallions to 61 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Falcons now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shrine Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Utica Ford will meet a Knights team coming off a 48-30 non-league win over Roeper (Birmingham, MI). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.
The Stallions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, South Lake ran past Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI), 69-56, in a non-league contest.
