The Heritage Pride basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Herndon Hornets to 35 in the Pride non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Pride now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Potomac Falls for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15.

The Hornets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Westfield (Chantilly, VA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
