November 29, 2023: Dunlap, IL 61525 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL), by a count of 45-39.
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Pekin (Pekin, IL). The Dragons go into the Mid-Illini outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Pekin was tipped by Peoria (Peoria, IL), 72-9, in a non-league outing.
The Indians now hold a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Annawan for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. Brimfield will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 46-37 league win over Wethersfield (Kewanee, IL). The Braves record now stands at 6-1.
