California High School Basketball - Orthopaedic ripped by Dr. Maya Angelou Community
November 29, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90011 The Dr. Maya Angelou Community Phoenix basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Orthopaedic Vipers to 6 in the Phoenix non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Phoenix now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stella High Charter Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, December 4. Dr. Maya Angelou Community will meet a Eagles team coming off a 50-1 league loss to Foshay (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
The Vipers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Community Charter triumphed over Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA), 41-15, in a non-league contest.
