Kentucky High School Basketball - Holmes knocked off by Paul Laurence Dunbar
November 29, 2023: Covington, KY 41014 The Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Holmes Bulldogs to 38 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Hills for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Paul Laurence Dunbar will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 71-46 non-league loss to West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Carroll County Panthers (Carrollton, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Holmes will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
