Colorado High School Basketball - Sand Creek overwhelmed by Ponderosa

The Ponderosa Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Sand Creek Scorpions to 22 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewis-Palmer for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Ponderosa will battle a Rangers team coming off a 60-44 non-league loss to Mead (Longmont, CO). The Rangers record now stands at 1-1.

The Scorpions (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record.
