November 29, 2023: Sun Valley, CA 91352 Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers (Sun Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), 44-31 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the East Valley Falcons (North Hollywood, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 4. Sun Valley Magnet will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 22-21 non-league win over Community Charter (Lakeview Terrace, CA).
With the defeat, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences moves to 4-1 on the year. The Vipers travel to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA) to face the Wolves in a non-league game on Thursday, November 30.
