Georgia High School Basketball - Midtown crushes Coretta Scott King YWLA
November 29, 2023: Atlanta, GA 30318 Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coretta Scott King YWLA Soaring Eagle (Atlanta, GA), 47-16 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Midtown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights host Banneker (College Park, GA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Soaring Eagle play the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Coretta Scott King YWLA will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
