California High School Basketball - Burroughs holds off Tehachapi
November 29, 2023: Tehachapi, CA 93561 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) and the host Tehachapi Warriors (Tehachapi, CA), saw Burroughs's basketball squad hold off Tehachapi by a tally of 34-32.
With the victory, Burroughs improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Burros host Lancaster (Lancaster, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Lancaster lost 47-38 in their recent league challenge against Eastside (Lancaster, CA)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 30. Tehachapi will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record.
