California High School Soccer - Covina nudges Nogales
November 29, 2023: Covina, CA 91723 Covina Colts (Covina, CA) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Nogales Nobles (La Puente, CA), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Colts confront the Pomona Red Devils (Pomona, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Covina will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Rancho Cucamonga (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
The Nobles now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pioneer for a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. Nogales will confront a Titans team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to California (Whittier, CA). The Titans record now stands at 0-3.
