Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Commodore Perry trounced by Laurel
November 29, 2024: New Castle, PA 16101 Laurel Spartans (New Castle, PA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Commodore Perry Panthers (Hadley, PA), 69-22 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Laurel advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Spartans host Perry Traditional Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to meet the Commodores in a non-league match on Saturday, November 30. The Commodores enter the match with a record of 0-0.
The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilmington for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 10.
