North Carolina High School Basketball - West Charlotte holds off Lake Norman Christian

In Friday's non-league contest, the host West Charlotte Lions basketball team scored a close 70-69 triumph over the Lake Norman Christian Lions.

The Lions (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Butler (Matthews, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Butler nipped Sun Valley (Monroe, NC), 68-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Carolina Basketball Academy Tigers (Henderson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 30. Lake Norman Christian will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record.
