The South Plaquemines Hurricanes were victorious over the visiting Mangham Dragons football team by a score of 42-18 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hurricanes face the Logansport Tigers (Logansport, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 5. South Plaquemines will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 35-6 non-league win over Franklin (Franklin, LA).
