November 29, 2024: Oak Park, IL 60302 Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL), 60-32 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Stagg advances its record to 3-2 on the year. The Chargers host Shepard (Palos Heights, IL) to face the Astros in a non-league match on Monday, December 2. The Astros enter the match with a record of 1-2.
The Huskies now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornton Fractional North for a non-league match on Saturday, November 30. Oak Park-River Forest will face a Meteors squad coming off a 39-33 non-league loss to Kankakee (Kankakee, IL). The Meteors record now stands at 3-1.
