In Saturday's non-league bout, the St. Xavier Bombers (Cincinnati, OH) basketball team were winner over the visiting Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory Braves (Indianapolis, IN), by a tally of 64-56.

The Bombers now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Mason for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 2. St. Xavier will play a Comets team coming off a 46-45 non-league win over Fairmont (Kettering, OH). The Comets record now stands at 1-0.
