In Saturday's non-league test, the Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Curwensville Golden Tide (Curwensville, PA), by a score of 53-37.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) in a Heritage battle, on Tuesday, December 2. Portage will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
