Fayetteville Academy Eagles (Fayetteville, NC) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC), 61-50 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Fayetteville Academy advances its record to 6-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Berean Baptist Academy (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a NCISAA Sandhills contest on Monday, December 1. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 3-1. Berean Baptist Academy won 53-48 in their recent non-league contest against Oak City Prep (Raleigh, NC)

In their next game, the Vikings battle the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 2. Hoggard will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
