National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Talawanda Brave (Oxford, OH), 41-35 in a non-league match.

With the victory, National Trail advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Blazers host Madison (Middletown, OH) to battle the Mohawks in a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 2. The Mohawks come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Madison lost 63-42 in their recent non-league contest against Monroe (Monroe, OH)

In their next game, the Brave battle the Dayton Christian WARRIORS (Miamisburg, OH) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 2. Talawanda will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The WARRIORS come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 63-50 non-league loss to Troy Christian (Troy, OH).
