Hawaii High School Basketball - Maryknoll victorious over Maui

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Maryknoll Spartans basketball team scored a good 49-36 triumph over the Maui Sabers.

The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Henderson, NV). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Liberty topped Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ), 74-35, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Sabers confront the Baldwin Bears (Wailuku, HI) in a Maui I match, on Tuesday, December 2. Maui will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 50-16 league win over Kamehameha Maui (Pukalani, HI).
