The Mauldin Mavericks basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Ridge View Blazers to 39 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mavericks now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league outing on Monday, December 1. Mauldin will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 71-56 non-league win over Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

The Blazers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against A.C. Flora (Columbia, SC). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, A.C. Flora achieved victory over Lake City (Lake City, SC), 50-21, in a non-league game.
