In Friday's league game, the Whitharral Panthers (Whitharral, TX) football team knocked off the visiting Amherst Bulldogs (Amherst, TX), by a final score of 46-32.

The Panthers (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Groom (Groom, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Groom toppled Lefors (Lefors, TX), 82-78, in a league game.
