South Loup (Arnold, NE) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE), 28-22 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, South Loup improves its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The travel to Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, November 10. The Knights come into the test with a record of 10-1. Sandhills/Thedford won 60-28 in their recent non-league test against Johnson-Brock (Johnson, NE)

With the loss, Central Valley drops to 10-1 on the campaign.
