November 30, 2021: Lebanon, KY 40033 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bardstown Tigers (Bardstown, KY) and the host Marion County Knights (Lebanon, KY), saw Bardstown's basketball squad hold off Marion County by a count of 49-48.
With the victory, Bardstown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Evangel Christian lost 67-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY)
Next up, the Knights play the Adair County Indians (Columbia, KY) in a District 20 challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. Marion County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 77-56 non-league win over Washington County (Springfield, KY).
