The Cubs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prairie City-Monroe for a Heart of Iowa - Large battle on Friday, December 3. Nevada will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 56-46 non-league loss to Montezuma (Montezuma, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets come into the Raccoon River battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, North Polk was routed by Pella (Pella, IA), 55-42, in a non-league battle.
