November 30, 2021: Mitchell, IN 47446 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN) and the visiting Brown County Eagles (Nashville, IN), saw Mitchell's basketball squad overcome Brown County by a tally of 57-41.
With the victory, Mitchell improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Bluejackets travel to West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN) to play the Senators in a Patoka Lake challenge on Thursday, December 2. The Senators come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. West Washington won 52-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Crothersville (Crothersville, IN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 7. Brown County will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 51-31 non-league win over Orleans (Orleans, IN).
