Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC) and the host Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), saw West Lincoln's basketball squad hold off Chase by a tally of 50-44.

With the victory, West Lincoln improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC) to play the Ironmen in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Ironmen come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Cherryville won 88-83 in their recent non-league challenge against Chase (Forest City, NC)

Next up, the Trojans play the Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. Chase will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Ironmen come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 66-52 non-league win over West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
