In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Downey Knights basketball team scored a good 68-53 triumph over the McNair Eagles.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Johansen Vikings (Modesto, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 1. Downey will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 52-37 non-league loss to Stagg (Stockton, CA).
