Illinois High School Basketball - Mundelein overwhelmed by Glenbrook North
November 30, 2022: Northbrook, IL 60062 The Glenbrook North Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Mundelein Mustangs to 26 in the Spartans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Niles West for a Central Suburban - South contest on Friday, December 2. Glenbrook North will battle a Wolves team coming off a 60-44 non-league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 3-2.
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits go into the non-league bout with a 5-0 record. In their last bout, Evanston overwhelmed Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 61-59, in a league bout.
