Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Parker Thundering Herd (Birmingham, AL) and the visiting McAdory Yellowjackets (McCalla, AL), saw Parker's basketball squad hold off McAdory by a tally of 40-39.

With the victory, Parker improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd host Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Pinson Valley lost 63-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Minor (Adamsville, AL)
