November 30, 2022: Vero Beach, FL 32960 Vero Beach Indians (Vero Beach, FL) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Bayside Bears (Palm Bay, FL), 60-53 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Vero Beach upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Port St. Lucie (Port St. Lucie, FL) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Jaguars come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Port St. Lucie lost 42-37 in their recent non-league bout against Tradition Prep (Port St. Lucie, FL)
Next up, the Bears play the The First Academy Royals (Orlando, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Bayside will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Royals come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 61-28 non-league win over Southland Christian (Kissimmee, FL).
