The River Ridge Royal Knights basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Zephyrhills Bulldogs to 44 in the Royal Knights league triumph on Wednesday.

The Royal Knights now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fivay for a contest on Friday, December 2. River Ridge will battle a Falcons team coming off a 48-30 non-league loss to 212 Sports Academy (Sarasota, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Seahawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Sunlake was nudged by Wesley Chapel (Wesley Chapel, FL), 55-45, in a non-league contest.
