Aubrey Chaparrals (Aubrey, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX), 88-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Aubrey upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Chaparrals travel to Lebanon Trail (Frisco, TX) to play the Trail Blazers in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 30. The Trail Blazers go into the bout with a record of 1-7. Lebanon Trail lost 59-51 in their recent non-league bout against Greenville (Greenville, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Gunter will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 69-67 non-league win over Springtown (Springtown, TX).
