In Thursday's non-league outing, the Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) basketball squad edged the host Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), by a margin of 67-64.

The Jaguars (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ). The Colts go into the non-league outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Casteel held off La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ), 80-34, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North for a non-league outing on Monday, December 4.
