Alabama High School Basketball - Carbon Hill nudges Fayette County
November 30, 2023: Fayette, AL 35555 Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fayette County Tigers (Fayette, AL), 63-60 in a league bout.
With the win, Carbon Hill upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Meek (Arley, AL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Meek lost 63-50 in their recent non-league bout against Oakman (Oakman, AL)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Brookwood Panthers (Brookwood, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Fayette County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 60-39 non-league loss to Bibb County (Centreville, AL).
