Texas High School Basketball - Dime Box ripped by Holland
November 30, 2023: Holland, TX 76534 The Holland Hornets basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Dime Box Longhorns to 23 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bremond for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Holland will battle a Tigers team coming off a 42-28 non-league win over Florence (Florence, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
The Longhorns (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Founders Classical Academy (Leander, TX). The Archers enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Founders Classical Academy triumphed over JV Opponent (, ), 70-21, in a non-league contest.
