Arkansas High School Basketball - Harmony Grove can't hold off Mt. Vernon-Enola
November 30, 2023: Benton, AR 72015 The Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Harmony Grove Cardinals to 50 in the Warhawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Warhawks now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fountain Lake for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Mt. Vernon-Enola will battle a Cobras team coming off a 65-46 non-league win over Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Cobras record now stands at 7-1.
The Cardinals (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Poyen was nudged by Conway Christian (Conway, AR), 57-29, in a league contest.
