Washington High School Basketball - Mark Morris can't hold off Kelso
November 30, 2023: Kelso, WA 98626 The Kelso Hilanders basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Mark Morris Monarchs to 59 in the Hilanders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hilanders now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capital for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9.
The Monarchs (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Bellarmine Prep held off Bethel (Spanaway, WA), 65-42, in a non-league bout.
