November 30, 2023: Ada, OK 74820 The Vanoss Wolves (Ada, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Kiowa Cowboys (Kiowa, OK), 51-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wolves (6-1) will now prepare for their test against Tupelo (Tupelo, OK). The Tigers go into the Pontotoc test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Tupelo went down by Stuart (Stuart, OK), 58-46, in a non-league test.
The Cowboys now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Haileyville for a Pittsburg Eight test on Friday, December 1. Kiowa will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 67-35 non-league win over Hanna (Hanna, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
