Iowa High School Basketball - Osage fells New Hampton
November 30, 2023: New Hampton, IA 50659 Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Hampton Chickasaws (New Hampton, IA), 71-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Osage upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Green Devils host Central Springs (Manly, IA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Central Springs lost 51-49 in their recent non-league bout against St. Ansgar (St. Ansgar, IA)
Next up, the Chickasaws meet the Clear Lake Lions (Clear Lake, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. New Hampton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 50-47 non-league win over Charles City (Charles City, IA).
