In Thursday's non-league outing, the Excelsior Charter Eagles (Victorville, CA) basketball squad nipped the visiting Big Bear Bears (Big Bear City, CA), by a margin of 29-25.

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against University Prep (Victorville, CA). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, University Prep was tipped by Riverside Prep (Oro Grande, CA), 50-42, in a non-league outing.
