Texas High School Basketball - Texas Wind knocked off by Blooming Grove
November 30, 2023: Blooming Grove, TX 76626 The Blooming Grove Lions basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Texas Wind to 19 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cross Roads for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Blooming Grove will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 47-29 non-league win over Texas Wind (Waco, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-1.
The (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wortham (Wortham, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Wortham was defeated by Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX), 60-18, in a non-league contest.
