November 30, 2023: Dalhart, TX 79022 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Dalhart Wolves (Dalhart, TX) and the visiting Happy Cowboys (Happy, TX), saw Dalhart's basketball squad wallop Happy by a tally of 43-22.
With the victory, Dalhart improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Vega (Vega, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.
Next up, the Cowboys confront the Stratford Elks (Stratford, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 1. Happy will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Elks come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 49-33 non-league loss to Panhandle (Panhandle, TX).
