The Mother McAuley Mighty Macs basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting De La Salle Meteors to 40 in the Mighty Macs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mighty Macs now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evanston for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2.

The Meteors (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Resurrection (Chicago, IL). The Bandits come into the Girls Catholic - White contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Resurrection triumphed over St. Edward (Elgin, IL), 57-41, in a non-league contest.
