Texas High School Basketball - Pringle-Morse can't hold off Fort Elliott
November 30, 2023: Briscoe, TX 79011 The Fort Elliott Cougars basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Pringle-Morse Cougars to 34 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boys Ranch for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Fort Elliott will battle a Roughriders team coming off a 59-51 non-league win over Sunray (Sunray, TX). The Roughriders record now stands at 3-4.
The Cougars (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Highland Park (Amarillo, TX). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Highland Park was nudged by Shamrock (Shamrock, TX), 52-21, in a non-league contest.
