Texas High School Basketball - Ryan trounces West Mesquite
November 30, 2023: Mesquite, TX 75149 The Ryan Raiders (Denton, TX) basketball crushed the host West Mesquite Wranglers (Mesquite, TX), 81-23 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Raiders (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Saginaw (Saginaw, TX). The Rough Riders go into the non-league test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Saginaw was trounced by Coronado (Lubbock, TX), 57-28, in a non-league test.
The Wranglers now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Martin for a non-league test on Friday, December 1. West Mesquite will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 41-25 non-league win over University (Waco, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 5-3.
