Nebraska High School Basketball - Wilber-Clatonia knocked off by Tri County
November 30, 2023: Wilber, NE 68465 The Tri County Trojans basketball team scored 28 points and held the host Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines to 20 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Johnson County Central for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Tri County will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 48-5 non-league win over Mead (Mead, NE). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 1-0.
The Wolverines (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Heartland (Henderson, NE). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Heartland was defeated by Fairbury (Fairbury, NE), 37-20, in a non-league contest.
