Virginia High School Basketball - Giles overwhelms Radford
November 30, 2023: Radford, VA 24141 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) and the host Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), saw Giles's basketball squad wallop Radford by a tally of 62-25.
With the victory, Giles improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Eastern Montgomery lost 20-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA)
Next up, the Bobcats confront the Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Radford will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
